Ballet Class

Oh my gosh, she loves it!!! I was trying to take a few pictures while balancing Luke in my arms, so I wasn't able to zoom in, but you can get the idea. She was so cute!!

Maren's Birthday - Feb. 18th

What a weekend we've had!!! Today was the grand finale though and she was so excited about her new bike. As you can see from the pictures she was thrilled, and while we still haven't mastered it yet (it's a little tricky, if you pedal backwards with one foot, it puts the brakes on!!!;>) we are working on it. Luckily it was a beautiful day (around 60 degrees and sunny) so we had lots of time to practice. We had plans to go to the zoo today but after spending almost an hour waiting to get halfway up to the parking lot, we realized that half of portland

must have had the same idea. We went to build a bear instead, and took home "Sadie", Maren's new best friend. We capped off Maren's birthday with a dinner at Safari Sam's. I think Brian might be sore tomorrow because of all the climbing and tight spaces:)

Maren's Third Birthday Party (#2)

Maren had her birthday party on Saturday at grandma and Grandpa's house. She had her cousins Ryan and Lauren, and friends:Rylie, Madeline and Kaden there to help her celebrate (and of course the rest of the family). We had a great time and are looking forward to her "real" birthday tomorrow:)

Six Months

Luke had his six month appt. yesterday and did great. He is in the 95% for weight and 80% for height....No surprise there:) He's a big boy!! Maren is loving the fact that he is starting to sit up and play with his toys now. She brings him barbies and all sorts of girly things to hold and put in his mouth.
