On Saturday we took advantage of a beautiful day in Seattle and took the ferry out to Port Orchard. It was amazing! Luke is still talking about the boat;)

Seattle
After opening presents and spending some time with Grandma and Grandpa MacDonald we headed outside to try out Luke's new toy:)

Christmas Morning
What a magical morning this was! The kids were thrilled and Brian and I just loved watching them.
Luke instantly started riding around the house.
Yep! He came!

After opening presents, we scrambled about packing up our favorites and hopped in the car for Christmas in Seattle!

I am not sure how these kids sat through church! Maren was so excited and Luke was just picking up off of Maren's mood:)
Zoo Lights
It was a little chilly, but the lights were amazing and made the trip worth it! It looks almost like it was snowing, but it was just some really thick fog;)

Hagerman Christmas
Last weekend we were down in GP to celebrate Christmas with our family. As always, we had a great time!
Luke got a guitar from Grandma and Grandpa and won't put it down!
We almost have a band now:)

Lights!!!
So Yesterday....Happened to be the coldest day of the year....With wind speeds up to 35 mph!!! So, Brian had it in his head that this was the day that he would put up the lights....REALLY!?!?! I had to stay out there with him with my cell phone in hand to dial 911 at any moment just in case he was blown off....Of course the results were great and Maren was beside herself with all the lights....This was the first year that Brian decided to be Spider Man and scale the roof, but we are all very glad to see him on solid ground again, with a job well done;) Dougie would be proud:)
Sleighbells
This weekend we went to sleighbells to get our tree and see Santa....Maren's quote after we saw Santa...."Mom, that was magical!"

He was the nicest Santa we have ever seen....He took so much time with us that I felt a little guilty afterwards about all the people waiting behind us!!
