Sledding

We had a free day on our hands so we decided to take advantage of all the new snow on the mountain (Mt. Hood) and go sledding! Maren was totally confused...She asked, "Is it Christmas again already?" (she wishes) Anyway, we had fun playing winter...Snow angels, igloos, and sledding.

When we got to the top of the hill, Maren told us that now that she is four, she thinks she can do it all by herself...Well that she did! The hill was about 100 yards long and she did it by herself about 15 times!!! As you can imagine after walking up the hill 15 times, both kids had a great nap on the way home. Only after a dipped cone at Dairy Queen though....(Of course!)

Birthday Party

What can I say...She's been looking forward to it for MONTHS and she looks back now with happy memories. It was so worth it!!! We had tumbling, dancing, cake, and art projects. THANK YOU to everyone for coming and making my little girls party so special!!

Maren's Birthday

Maren had great day today. On the phone with grandma she said , "It was the best birthday ever!"

The "Birthday" actually started on Monday with Grandma and Grandpa Mac. They gave her a giant Hello Kitty bear (that she absolutly loves). Then on her actual day, we got to bring cupcakes to school, then headed to Safari Sams for dinner. We are looking forward to her party on Saturday!!

Happy Valentine's day!

After lunch we took Maren and Luke to Cool Moon ice cream for their Valentine sundae special!!! It lived up to its name....It was very special:)

Tutu crazy

Yup, I've officially gone tutu crazy!! Luckily I have a couple of willing models to enjoy my latest hobby:)

Picture day

This was by far the easiest picture day ever! Love that my kids are getting older and I am getting a bit wiser about where we go:)

Soccer

First day of soccer and she loved it! Yesterday we got to go and pick out her shin guards and were so excited to find some pink ones!!
